When does an order ship?
Payment-authorized orders generally receive 1–2 business days of preparation, then an estimated 4–6 business days with the carrier after dispatch. The Shipping Policy explains tracking and delivery exceptions.
Can an unused selection be returned?
An eligible new, unused, non-defective product can be submitted within 30 days after delivery. We also assess defective, damaged, wrong, incomplete, and materially different products. Exchange requests are considered subject to review and availability.
What happens to an approved return?
Approval comes before mailing. Use the free prepaid label included with the parcel, and ask for assistance if it is missing. We do not charge a restocking fee.
