Eligible return and exchange requests
We review eligible new merchandise for return whether the issue is a defect or a non-defect reason, and we accept exchange requests. A preference-change item must be new, unused, and in original condition. Damaged, faulty, wrong, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods can also be reported and need not remain undamaged for review.
Thirty days from delivery
Write to uwayicigop98@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery with the order number, checkout email, request reason, and helpful photos or video for a product concern. Please wait for approval before mailing; our reply gives the correct return destination and instructions.
Label, fee, and refund timing
A free prepaid return label is included in the package. If it cannot be found, contact us for help. Eligible approved returns carry no restocking fee. An exchange depends on review and stock. After approval, we process or initiate the original-method refund within 10 days; a bank or card provider can take longer to display the credit. Non-excludable rights remain available.
